في مؤسسة توب رست، رضاكم هو أولويتنا. نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا (مياه شرب معبأة)، فإننا نتبع السياسة التالية لضمان السلامة العامة:

• الحالات التي يُسمح فيها بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:
• إذا استلمت منتجاً مختلفاً عن الذي طلبته.
• إذا كان هناك عيب مصنعي في العبوات أو الكراتين (مثل التسريب أو التلف الواضح عند الاستلام).
• المدة الزمنية: يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة خلال 24 ساعة من وقت استلام الطلب.
• حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، مغلفاً، ولم يتم فتح العبوات أو استخدامها.
• طريقة استرداد الأموال: في حال تمت الموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم إعادة المبلغ إلى العميل عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال (7-14) يوم عمل، أو حسب سياسة البنك المصدر للبطاقة.
• رسوم الاسترجاع: إذا كان الاسترجاع بسبب خطأ من المؤسسة، لا يتحمل العميل أي رسوم. في الحالات الأخرى، قد يتم خصم رسوم التوصيل.

At Top Rest, your satisfتطبيق is our priority. Due to the nature of our المنتجs (bottled water), we follow this policy to ensure public safety:

• Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:
• If you received a المنتج different from your order.
• If there is a manufacturing defect in the packaging (e.g., leakage or visible damage upon delivery).
• Timeframe: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• المنتج Condition: The المنتج must be in its original condition, sealed, and the packaging must not have been opened or used.
• Refund Method: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within (7-14) business أيام, depending on the issuing bank’s policy.
• Return Fees: If the return is due to an error by the foundation, the customer will not bear any fees. In other cases, delivery fees may be deducted.
