At Top Rest, your satisfactio is our priority. Due to the nature of our products (bottled water), we follow this policy to ensure public safety:
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:
If you received a product different from your order.
If there is a manufacturing defect in the packaging (e.g., leakage or visible damage upon delivery).
Timeframe: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, sealed, and the packaging must not have been opened or used.
Refund Method: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within (7-14) business days, depending on the issuing bank’s policy.
Return Fees: If the return is due to an error by the foundation, the customer will not bear any fees. In other cases, delivery fees may be deducted.
